The cricket boards of Australia, England and India practice a certain honor, and that is honor among thieves. Their rule is based on financial power, on shared economic interests, plundering the dignity of the game and sucking every cent of value from a sport that once pursued the highest ideals.

Third, Ramiz must revive his fortunes by playing for the national team. Pakistan cricket deserves respect and should start demanding it.
