The essence of the two developments are private properties with 999 year leaseholds (which are free) while The Pinnacle @ Duxton is a completely different proposition as it is public housing. Like the Emerald Garden, UA Square is another popular event – perhaps given its exterior that looks more like an office building than a residential building. If you can get past its look, it has some highlights up its sleeve.

The development also comes with other important amenities, including a small lap pool. Assuming you’re not particularly into condo properties, this development might be right for you.

Another cluster you can think of is the Spotswood cluster of settlements. For example, Spottiswoode Residences is a full-service condominium much taller than The Arris — and the project is also free. You can get a nice 2-bedroom unit over 900 square feet here for over $200.
